Yes! Lumibite is made to be worn for a few hours or all day, at work, out with friends or for photos. Take it off to sleep, rinse it and keep it in its case. Just one note: it is a cosmetic cover, not a dental treatment, so keep seeing your dentist for checkups.
Yes! That is one of the best parts. Many people sip coffee, tea and water and eat soft meals with it in. For very hard or sticky foods, like nuts, caramel or gum, it is best to take it off first. Dark drinks like coffee or red wine can slowly stain it over time, so just rinse it after. When you get home, take it off, rinse it with cool water and put it back in the case.
